We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Donation Coordinator to join our team at Hospice Peterborough. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing fundraising initiatives to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual targets
  • Coordinate and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and implement donor stewardship plans
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
