Job Title: Donation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Donation Coordinator to join our team at Hospice Peterborough. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in securing donations and grants to support our mission.

Job Summary:

The Donation Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors, and managing donation records. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and grants
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, including major donors and corporate partners
  • Manage donation records, including tracking and reporting on donations and grants
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
  • Prepare and submit grant applications and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Proven track record of securing donations and grants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
