Job Title: Donation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Donation Coordinator to join our team at Hospice Peterborough. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in securing donations and grants to support our mission.

Job Summary:

The Donation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing fundraising strategies to secure donations and grants. This will involve researching and identifying potential donors, developing and submitting grant applications, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential donors and grant opportunities
  • Develop and submit grant applications and proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and community partners
  • Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
  • Manage and track donations and grants
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to donors and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
