- Develop and maintain strong relationships with credit union clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends
- 5-7 years of progressive management experience in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of asset liability management, interest rate risk, and balance sheet optimization
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional designation in finance or a related field (e.g. CFA, CPA, MBA)
