- Apply supply management methodologies, processes, policies, and procedures effectively.
- Comprehend legal principles as they relate to proposals, contracting, and executing existing agreements.
- Assist in mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate team members.
- Identify challenges, formulate hypotheses, establish data frameworks, conduct analyses, draw conclusions, and create proposals.
- Ability to integrate industry best practices such as IT Infrastructure Library.
- Capability to develop strategic visions and implement actionable plans.
- Strong teamwork, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking and effective time management.

- Financial acumen is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (create, populate, update).
