About the Role

REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our physical and electronic records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Scanning and Loading: Scan and load documents into our database or SharePoint system.
  • Document Categorization and Organization: Sort and properly categorize documents and/or records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Excel Spreadsheet Management: Input information into Excel spreadsheets and utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables.
  • SharePoint Database Management: Manage and maintain our SharePoint database, ensuring that all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Excel Expertise: Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables, and data analysis.
  • SharePoint Database Knowledge: Good understanding of SharePoint database management and document storage.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
