Sous la supervision du Responsable de la Fiscalité, l'Analyste Fiscal est chargé des déclarations fiscales, de la conformité, des analyses et de l'assistance lors des audits, avec un accent particulier sur l'Impôt sur le Revenu des Sociétés. Cette personne participera également à divers projets fiscaux et liés à la fiscalité selon les besoins.

Ce poste exige que le titulaire démontre une solide expertise en comptabilité, ainsi qu'une connaissance technique et analytique approfondie en matière d'Impôt sur le Revenu des Sociétés, d'Impôt sur les Primes et d'Impôt sur les Produits de Base. Il est essentiel de savoir lire et comprendre des instructions et des directives complexes, de posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, ainsi que des compétences organisationnelles pour prioriser les responsabilités et respecter des délais serrés.

  • Élaboration des déclarations fiscales fédérales et provinciales, y compris les déclarations de revenus pour les entités juridiques assignées.
  • Préparation des déclarations et rapports d'impôt sur les primes, en veillant à la conformité avec la législation fiscale et à la recherche des questions fiscales et des changements.
  • Calculs, écritures et rapprochements des provisions fiscales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles.
  • Assistance dans d'autres tâches de conformité fiscale, y compris le calcul, le paiement et le suivi des acomptes fiscaux, ainsi que les rapprochements de comptes.
  • Soutien au responsable de la taxe sur les ventes pour les déclarations de taxe sur les ventes au détail et les déclarations SAM.
  • Apport d'un soutien lors des audits internes et externes, y compris divers autres problèmes fiscaux, évaluations et demandes.

Qualifications requises

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la fiscalité et/ou de la comptabilité.
  • Connaissance de la législation et des règlements fiscaux fédéraux et provinciaux.
  • Diplôme de premier cycle dans une discipline financière ou un domaine connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience ; la certification CPA ou l'inscription au programme est un atout.
  • Connaissance pratique de l'industrie de l'assurance et des règles uniques associées à la comptabilité et à la déclaration fiscale.
