Senior Program Manager, Technical Operations

The perfect candidate will possess a strong background in program management, coupled with practical experience in overseeing large-scale initiatives that involve various teams and stakeholders.

  • Guarantee the prompt execution of multiple projects related to system reliability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively detect and mitigate risks, removing obstacles to advancement.
  • Facilitate testing dependencies for engineering teams and synchronize efforts as products prepare for launch.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of experience in project or release management within intricate enterprise technology environments.
  • Expertise in utilizing data and analytics to evaluate trends and monitor project/system performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with contemporary project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Six Sigma.
  • Practical experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, along with proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Skilled in managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • Experience in managing programs across various teams, creating workflows, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, AWS services, observability, and networking.
