Position Overview:
The Sales Director at CT Bakery plays a pivotal role in steering the sales division, including the management of Key Account Managers, to achieve sales goals, foster customer relationships, and formulate business strategies that are in harmony with the organization's objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the Key Account Managers and Sales Team, ensuring their performance meets the company's standards and values.
  • Enhance professional and technical expertise by engaging in educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, and participating in professional organizations and trade exhibitions.
  • Set sales targets by forecasting and crafting annual sales strategies for various regions and territories; anticipate expected sales volume and profitability for both existing and new offerings.
  • Compile and deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure that corporate goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in a senior sales role (such as Sales Manager or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of the USA / Canada Food Service industry, including familiarity with distributors and brokers.
  • Driven by business development, with a strong commitment to building lasting customer relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to engage clients across various levels.
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic, with excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in IT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Possession of a valid passport.
  • Onsite work is required.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
