The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful connections with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and captions, to showcase our brands and products
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Content, and Creative, to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on social media performance and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on brand development and customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
