Position Overview

LOMAS CLEANING AND RENOVATION INC. is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
  • Supervise and manage the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed
  • Develop and establish work schedules for the team
Work Environment
