Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with approximately 2-6 years of strong corporate, mergers & acquisition and corporate finance experience to join our team at a top-tier law firm in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Involved in various aspects of complex corporate files
  • Work on sophisticated transactions amongst leading practitioners in the field
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and collaborative team
  • Focus on mentorship, career development, and providing excellent client service

Requirements

  • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar
  • Approximately 2-6 years of strong corporate transactional experience
  • Excellent client focus and business acumen
  • Ability to produce a high-quality work product
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Bilingual
