We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate and Transactional Lawyer Assistant to join our team at TOTEM Recruteur de talent. As a Corporate and Transactional Lawyer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and assisting with various corporate and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements;
  • Support the preparation of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, and financing agreements;
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on various corporate and transactional matters;
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of corporate records and files;
  • Provide administrative support to our lawyers, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and making travel arrangements;
  • Support the team during periods of high workload.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or a related field;
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
