About the role:
- Manage preconstruction services for negotiated projects
- Oversee site staffing, quality control, and safety
- Coordinate work with different crafts and subcontractors
- Maintain relationships with engineering and planning teams
- Lead hiring, training, and monitoring of field personnel
- Assist with project meetings and claim resolutions
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of construction experience
- Proficiency in concrete structural work and civil infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 25M
- Knowledge of standard construction software
Salary:
- Superintendent 3: $98, $134,750.00
- Superintendent 2: $108, $148,500.00
