Physiotherapist - Sports Therapy and Orthopedics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Osoyoos Physiotherapy and Active Wellness Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Treatment
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
Leadership and Team ManagementSupervise and mentor technical and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Staff Development and TrainingRecruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
Equipment Management and BudgetingOversee the ordering and purchasing of equipment, as well as manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Program Development and AdministrationDesign and implement physiotherapy programs that meet the unique needs of patients, and administer budgets to ensure effective program delivery.
Communication and CollaborationCommunicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Quality Improvement and ComplianceContribute to quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements- Education and Certification
Master's degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
Experience and SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in sports therapy, orthopedics, or manipulative therapy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional DevelopmentCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
