We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Substance Use Specialist to join our team at the Osoyoos Health Centre. As a key member of our progressive Mental Health & Substance Use team, you will play a vital role in providing individual and group counselling services to individuals with moderate to severe substance use issues, with or without mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for clients with complex substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based modalities and therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
- Provide urgent response and crisis intervention services as needed.

- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, nursing).

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30 hours. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with access to ongoing education and training opportunities.
