Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Timmins, ON. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the operations of the branch, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory. You will provide direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff and ensure a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel
- Manage the branch's P&L, including budgets, expenses, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory and sales experience
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
