Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the repair process
  • Assess and analyze the client's vehicle to identify the extent of damage, including structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior issues
  • Prepare detailed estimates and supplements for comprehensive OEM repairs
  • Monitor vehicles during the repair process to ensure quality control and adherence to client, insurance, and OEM standards
  • Set clear expectations for clients regarding repair procedures and communicate the repair strategy
  • Keep clients updated on repair timelines, costs, and any changes in the repair status
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, proper repair protocols, legislative updates, and industry trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients
  • Promote and maintain a healthy and safe working environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Centre Estimator position
  • Proficiency with Mitchell and Audatex is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
