Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage merchandise, including authorizing returns and establishing work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
