About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Icecarats. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and drive website traffic and sales.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to track website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Experience with email marketing software, including Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
