Position Overview

Shinol Inc. is seeking a dedicated **Cleaning Supervisor** to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide training.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions.
  • Supervise and manage the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Suggest or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Collect debris and empty waste containers.
  • Dust and clean furniture.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Sanitize and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
Work Environment
  • Repetitive tasks are expected.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for this role.
