Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Manager to join our team at TRANS-IT LOGISTICS INC.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, developing and implementing purchasing policies and procedures, and overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures
  • Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Manage contracts
  • Review and process claims against suppliers
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain logistics
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
