Job Overview

The Catering & Premium Service Senior Manager position is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire Catering Department. This role ensures that all operations are running smoothly, sales goals are being met, and quality of services is upheld.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with the conference services team to market catering services to internal and external clients

• Create and implement marketing initiatives to promote catering services and increase sales

• Utilize data analysis to inform sales and marketing decisions

Event Management

• Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality service

• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure accurate and timely execution of catering contracts

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Financial Management

• Manage the catering budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting

• Analyze sales and labor data to inform financial decisions and optimize profitability

• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses

Team Management

• Lead and develop a high-performing catering team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent service delivery

• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration

• Develop and implement succession planning to ensure continuity and growth within the team

Requirements


• 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

• Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and event management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
