About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Yami Yummy Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure that the gas station is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience
