We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Branch Ambassador to join our team at Kawartha Credit Union. As a Branch Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating member loyalty and providing exceptional member service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by delivering outstanding member service and creating a positive member experience.
  • Assist members and non-members with their financial needs, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Direct members to our financial advisors who can offer personalized advice and solutions to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Support members with routine transactions and provide administrative support to our lending and investment personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and educate members about our new branch design and banking experience.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Customer service or banking experience is an asset.
