About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
  • Perform tasks related to patient care and comfort, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as serving meal trays and making beds
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Experience an asset
