As an Agronomic Intelligence Specialist, your primary focus will be to deliver expert agronomic insights and solutions tailored for small grains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to execute customer trials and agronomic showcases
  • Employ automation tools for effective data analysis and interpretation
  • Support clients with water management and drainage strategies
  • Conduct soil, tissue, and water assessments to provide customized recommendations
  • Offer training and guidance to both staff and clients

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of crop protection products and seed varieties
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as necessary
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Knowledge of local agricultural practices and systems
  • Certification as a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or commitment to achieve it
  • Professional Agronomy Designation (PAg)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the agronomy field
  • Degree in Agriculture, Business, or Science with a concentration in Plant/Soil science
  • Proficiency in Operations Center & Agronomic Applications
  • Strong analytical capabilities and customer service orientation
  • Competence in utilizing various desktop and internet applications
