  • Ensure the financial health and integrity of the organization, overseeing governance, risk management, and overall financial performance.
  • Guide the organization through change management processes and diversification strategies.
  • Oversee safe, sustainable, and efficient operations while driving innovation in business processes.
  • Promote targeted growth in sales and performance to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.

Ideal Experience and Background:

  • A degree in Business or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience with a strong grasp of business strategy and planning.
  • Proven ability to assess business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement effective changes.
  • Experience collaborating with or reporting to a Board of Directors.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions, valuing diverse perspectives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a solid understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and change leadership.
  • Drive technological advancements to modernize operations and improve customer experiences.
  • Evaluate and enhance the current technological framework as needed.
  • Commitment to community investment and responsible financial practices.
  • Recognizing the importance of member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Experience in the agricultural sector is a significant advantage, reflecting the organization's growth focus in this area.
