- Guide the organization through change management processes and diversification strategies.

- Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
Ideal Experience and Background:
- A degree in Business or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Over 10 years of senior leadership experience with a strong grasp of business strategy and planning.
- Proven ability to assess business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement effective changes.
- Experience collaborating with or reporting to a Board of Directors.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions, valuing diverse perspectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solid understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and change leadership.
- Drive technological advancements to modernize operations and improve customer experiences.
- Evaluate and enhance the current technological framework as needed.
