Kitchen Operations Manager

Stratford Pizza Corner Ltd. is seeking a skilled Assistant Cook to join our culinary team. As an Assistant Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest quality of food for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Basic security clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting work commitments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
- Client focus and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Organized and reliable with strong time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
