About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Manager to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, and competitive success in a rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of analysts and associates to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and credit risk initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on key business decisions.
  • Drive business growth through data-driven decision making and analytical problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a related field, with a proven track record of driving business strategy and growth.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial services and market trends.
