Lead Highway Engineering Project Manager

Employment Type: Permanent Position

Our highway engineering division is focused on executing a diverse array of design initiatives for transportation authorities, encompassing roadway expansion, interchange planning, and the rehabilitation of roads and bridges.

We are in search of a Lead Highway Engineering Project Manager to join our team and oversee substantial multidisciplinary design projects. The successful candidate will possess over 20 years of expertise in highway design and project oversight, ensuring the safe and effective movement of traffic throughout the region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Offer mentorship, technical advice, and support to engineering personnel and technical teams
  • Direct project groups in the design of highways, interchanges, and traffic intersections
  • Guarantee adherence to quality assurance and quality control standards
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors
  • Develop proposals, work strategies, timelines, and financial plans
  • Track project progress and technical outcomes
  • Implement strategic initiatives for growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng)
  • Experience in a consulting engineering setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of Highway and Transportation Engineering
  • Over 20 years of relevant progressive experience
