Job Overview:
The Loyalty Category Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and execution of loyalty programs within the merchandising framework. This role involves analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement loyalty strategies that align with overall business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and promotional activities.
