Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at G650 Holdings Ltd. as part of our ongoing commitment to excellence in culinary services.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our guests. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and cooks to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for culinary staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
