Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at G650 Holdings Ltd. as part of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, culinary expertise, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks, chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services to meet client expectations.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Golf course.
  • Ranks of Chefs: Executive chef.
  • Tasks: Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items, maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff, and more.
