Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the management of the office, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, professionalism in customer service
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
