About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Coppersmith Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.

Lead and Manage Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
