Machinist - Red Seal truck and Equipment Repair

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Red Seal truck and Equipment Repair. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
- Operate and maintain machine tools, including automatic lathes, boring machines, and milling machines.
- Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Inspect and test parts and products to ensure they meet quality and specifications standards.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production and meet deadlines.
- 2 years of experience in a machinist role or related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Steel-toed safety boots required.
