Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating the implementation of complex interdependent technological projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution

Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and specialists.

Business Transformation

Drive business/technology transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Financial Management

Manage budgets and minimize overhead while providing maximum visibility to stakeholders.

Quality and Risk Management

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and identify and mitigate project risks.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.

Requirements
  1. Experience

7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in R&D and/or enterprise software product development.

Certifications

PMP / PMI-ACP / Lean Certification or similar industry certification.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.

Skills

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Tools and Technologies

Proficient in project management methodologies and JIRA.
