We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Agos Immigration Inc. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
    • Assist with the preparation of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging logistics and coordinating with vendors.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and expense tracking.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
