About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Operations Manager to join our team at Angus Consulting Management Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of engineering staff, assign priorities, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of building equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify potential issues and ensure that all safety protocols are in place.
  • Manage inventories and supplies, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to the Property Manager on matters related to facilities management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Building Operator in a mix-use high-rise office/retail building.
  • Proven experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ESC, and Delta product or similar.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building codes.
