Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

At YWCA Metro Vancouver, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our WorkBC North Vancouver catchment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the WorkBC Centre and the WorkBC Immigrant Permanent Physical location
  • Provide guidance and support to direct and indirect reports
  • Develop and implement training plans for new staff
  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to attain program objectives
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations
  • Oversee budgets and ensure the achievement of revenue and spending targets
  • Work collaboratively with Directors and other Senior Operations Managers to ensure consistency in client service delivery
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of direct management experience in a social service setting
  • Valid clear criminal record check
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, training, and supervising staff
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven skills in time management, organization, and team leadership
