About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and manage inventory levels
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance and operations
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Standing for extended periods and walking as part of job duties
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
