- Education: College diploma or certificate in human resources management.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written French (essential) and English (essential).
- LMS Experience: Experience with an LMS.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
