Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Avionic Project Manager to lead our team in delivering state-of-the-art solutions for the Avionics market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage all activities and deliverables with the project team following the Product Development Process (PDP) to release new products within cost, schedule, quality, and scope.
  • Drive technical feasibility, including optimal project schedules, development costs, product costs, and other information used for business case and project approval.
  • Manage Avionics certification and qualification testing.
  • Ensure the development, management, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
  • Actively manage and coordinate project risk assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Ensure effective communication with various project stakeholders, including clients.
  • Calculate, document, and publish key performance indicators and project dashboards.
  • Coordinate the definition of new R&D projects as part of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) requests in collaboration with Program Managers and the Product Management team.

  • Strong management and organizational skills, strong leadership, and excellent communication, priority management, planning, and team building skills.
  • A valued collaborator, with great professionalism and a strong sense of belonging and ownership.
  • A passion for Avionics product development, system integration, qualification, improvements, and a desire to drive innovation around it.
  • Possess knowledge and experience of Avionics norms like RTCA/DO-160G, Aircraft Certifications (STCs), ARINC Standards, agency authorities such as FAA/EASA/CAAC.
  • Experience in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Recognized for its ability to evaluate delivery times and then respect them.
