What is the Opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team in Owen Sound. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting the Investment Advisor team, and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Investment Advisor team in general administrative duties, including client reviews, presentations, meetings, and events
  • Provide professional servicing of incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, their advisors, and other internal and external partners
  • Work directly with clients and their advisors to request information and documentation to fulfill their needs
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive wealth management services and achieve exceptional client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
