Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sundine Produce Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
