Position Overview

As a Food Services Supervisor at Fourteen 14 Food Co, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to team members regarding their job duties, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assess and estimate the quantities of ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service outputs adhere to established quality standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer feedback and concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, equipment repairs, sales figures, and food wastage.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.

Qualifications
