Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Heavenly Food Restaurant Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires physical demands, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
