- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and customers.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
