Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers
  • Present bills and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, and debit
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials
  • Adhere to local liquor laws and regulations
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections
  • Maintain accurate cash balances and record sales transactions
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs
